The Operations and Cut-Over Services establish the production turnover and operational procedures to ensure that the Client’s technical staff can support the new system. GDS delivers the 'As-built' and final documentation; makes final solution adjustments; and defines the solution reporting, monitoring, and capacity-planning functions.
