The SmartIT Methodology includes a standard set of procedures for assessing the Client’s business initiatives, requirement, and goals. This is an in-depth look at the Client’s unique environment, processes, and needs. It encompasses challenges that the Client faces, the resources available to meet these challenges, and skill sets that exist or need to be augmented.
