Managed Virtual Private Network (MVPN) Services Deliverables

• Management and Monitoring of VPNs. Through a secure VPN or private line connection, IPCare security personnel will proactively monitor, detect, and assess VPN infrastructure and connectivity on the network. In the event that a failure is detected or is about to occur, a security expert will assess the situation and will track the incident until resolution through an online ticketing system.
  
• Immediate notification of any VPN changes. Original VPN-related infrastructure configurations are archived and stored within the GDS Network Operations Center. Therefore, if any changes to the VPNs are made, our Client will be automatically notified. GDS’ automated tools enable the tracking of where and when the changes are being made, as well as by whom.
  
• Access to IPCare remote access experts and support personnel. IPCare VPN Clients have direct access to the vast amount of remote access expertise available within GDS. Our experts can provide answers to VPN questions, assist in modifying policy configurations, explain incidents and make moves, adds and changes.
  
• Performance and Availability Reports
  • Incident Logs that documents all security events are available through the nPower Xtranet web portal.
