IPCare experts develop, implement and customize an automated notification system that alerts both our internal staff and our Client’s IT personnel of incidences that have the potential of disrupting communications systems. Notifications and alerts are accomplished through email, pager, and /or cell phones. The Client chooses who will receive the notifications, when and with what priority.

Isolate and Resolve
IPCare services include taking preventive and corrective measures that isolates problems and resolves them quickly. At GDS, we take complete ownership of the problems that affects our Clients’ networks and do whatever it takes to achieve uptime. This may include working with carriers to correct circuit issues, collaborating with vendors, reconfiguring devices on the IP network and escalating to senior managers and Solutions Architects within GDS.

At GDS, reports are decision-enabling tools, and we provide our Clients with performance and trending reports that help them to plan and design upgrades to their IP systems. The reports vary in detail, from high-level overviews to the very minute.

Analyze and Optimize
IPCare experts deliver ongoing operational and consultative support that ensures our Client’s environment is highly available while maintaining optimal performance. GDS also provides recommendations on new software releases, most recent fixes to bugs, equipment capabilities and on new solutions that best achieve our Client’ s business requirements.
If new deployments are advised, the IPCare team collaborates with our SmartIT Professional Services to design and plan the most cost-effective solution.
