nTouch Training

For an organization to fully realize the benefits of nTouch IPT, employees must be able to use the features of their phone system, and the administrators must be able to manage them. GDS has partnered with KnowledgeNet, an authorized Cisco Training Partner, to deliver web-based training with all the necessary materials to allow students to learn at their own pace. Web-based training eliminates travel expenses and dramatically reduces the hours that students are away from normal work activities.
