When it came time to relocate its data center, this control valve manufacturer knew that it didn't have sufficient staff or expertise to handle the move as well as keep up with day-to-day activities. Still, the manufacturer interviewed numerous Cisco engineers in search of an individual with the right mix of expertise and commitment to complete the project within the specified time frame. The company chose GDS' Raul Arias, who spent two and a half months on site.
