Cabling Management

• Installs all cables that will optimize performance. We do not accept any degradation, tears, cored copper, or kinks.
• 7 foot racks are anchored to the floor utilizing heavy duty anchoring kits.
• Wall-mount racks are secured to the wall with plywood that is screwed into studs.
• All Racks are properly grounded to the building
• Every rack is properly labeled for easy identification

• The port on the patch panels have the same corresponding number on faceplate for each cable.
• Cables will have adhesive “wrap around” labels on each end.

Testing & Certification

GDS will test and certify all circuits to meet standards for copper and fiber optics and the results will be supplied to our client along with the manufacturers certification and warranty information.

GDS will also ensure that any penetrations to a wall are properly sleeved and fire stopped.
