Inside Sales Representative

Job Description Overview: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating IP Communications leads for the Field Sales Team. This person plays an important role in the success of Global Data Systems sales goals, and offers opportunity for rapid growth. The right candidate for the position possesses an excellent work ethic, positive attitude, and a quota exceeding mindset. Enthusiasm outweighs experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1+ years inside sales experience
- Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- Networking, IP Telephony, Wireless knowledge a plus
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for the field sales team
- Maintain call records in CRM
- Call executives at small to medium organizations
- Be able to discuss IP communications infrastructure at a high level (training provided)
- Contribute to improvement of sales process
- Work well in a team environment
